I started Trash Free Lots because the outside of a property is the first thing people see, and keeping it clean shouldn't be a headache for property managers and owners. Between tenants, residents, and daily operations, the small stuff — litter, cigarette butts, overflowing dumpster areas — can pile up fast and make a whole property look neglected.
I wanted to build a service that was simple, reliable, and actually worth paying for. Not a contract. Not an app full of upsells. Just a consistent team that shows up on schedule, cleans the high-visibility exterior areas, and helps your property make a better first impression.
